Age Verification

All customers must verify they are 18 years or older before placing orders containing alcoholic beverages. Our delivery staff will request a valid government-issued photo ID upon delivery. If the recipient cannot provide valid ID or appears underage, the delivery will be refused and a refund processed.

Intoxication Policy

Our delivery staff are trained to identify signs of intoxication. If a delivery recipient appears visibly intoxicated, our staff may refuse the delivery. This is for the safety of our customers and community. Multiple refusals may result in account suspension.

Community Responsibility

We are committed to promoting responsible consumption within our community. We adhere to all local, state, and national regulations regarding alcohol sales and delivery. We partner with responsible drinking organizations and encourage our customers to drink responsibly.

Delivery Hours

Alcoholic beverage deliveries are restricted to operating hours as determined by local regulations. Orders placed outside these hours will be queued for the next available delivery window.

Quantity Limits

We may impose reasonable quantity limits on alcohol purchases to promote responsible consumption and comply with local regulations.
