By accessing or using the Liqkor platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase alcoholic beverages through our platform. By placing an order for alcohol, you confirm that you meet this legal requirement. We reserve the right to request valid photo identification upon delivery.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.
4. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (KES) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion.
5. Delivery
Deliveries are made within our designated service area. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. A valid ID may be required upon delivery for age-restricted items. If the recipient cannot verify their age, the delivery may be refused.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are accepted by our team. Once an order is being prepared, cancellation may not be possible. Refund policies apply as per applicable laws.
7. Responsible Consumption
We promote responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or is purchasing for an underage person.
8. Limitation of Liability
Liqkor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Service.
